God Made Dogs & Pigs, Too

I don't regard dogs as just a mere pet - they are companions if not enough as bodyguards; or should I say buddies cause I really can't live without one. Once I was nearly went insane when all our dogs were dead of poisons (mean ppl did). Did the Bible tell that having dog around is forbidden? God did not create them to be harassed and treat as they were shit. I really disagree with this one belief that dog cannot be touched for doing so means committing sin. God made the dog so any of His creation is pure, right. It is just in terms of hygiene and health purpose not then treating dog as undignified. But, hey..I have been touching dog all my life and here I am still alive. Did I commit a sin? But in the Ten Commandments I couldn't find any law stating "Thou should not touch any dog"?

They told me never to interfere when dog is having its meal for the day otherwise you'll included in the serving as well. Well, whoever said these must be dog-enemy. Cause I feed the dog and I can prankly full the bowl, it never even snap?bark?gnarl?bite? me; instead it wriggle its tail and lick my hand as to "minta kesian" so that it can have the meal back. Sometimes I wonder if what people saying is just lies. Anyway, trust is all needed between pet and human. When a dog trust you, it offer you free security system. It guards you, the house and the household.

My Life Begins At 30

I've decided to continue? further? my study. I really don't care what would my fellow friends? acquaintances? family? say of this but I'm determine. Although I haven't discuss it with my future-hubby, I'm confident he'll give me a thumb for it. Who says age matters? After all, being a student is a lifelong journey, doesn't mean if you've got a degree, you're no longer a student; we're indeed a student from the second we're born and the term will never worn out of you until the final second of your breath.

"Late bloomer? She-he who laughs the last, laughs the loudest."

Errr...but which course would I like to do?
History?
English literature?
International studies?

Again, I really don't need any of your opinion.

Epilepsy

There's a period during my childhood where I shown these symptoms, too. Thanks God it didn't develop into much, much serious illness as I went older.

Here's a case match with mine from http://www.epilepsy.com/epilepsy/epilepsy_childhoodabsence

Here's a typical story: Sonia, an 8-year-old girl, "blanks out" for a few seconds and sometimes stops dancing for 10 to 20 seconds during her ballet lessons. Her teacher calls her name, but Sonia doesn't seem to hear her. She usually blinks a few times and her eyes may roll up a bit, but with the short seizures she just stares. Then she is right back where she left off in her dance routine. Some days she has more than 50 of these spells.
The seizures of childhood absence epilepsy (CAE) are usually staring spells during which the child is not aware or responsive. The child's eyes may roll up briefly. Each spell lasts about 10 seconds and ends abruptly. The child often is not even aware that anything has happened. These episodes can occur 1 to 50 times per day, often during exercise. Tonic-clonic (grand mal) seizures, with or without fever, may occur for a while before absence seizures develop and may occur from time to time thereafter.

Who gets it?
CAE accounts for 2% to 8% of patients with epilepsy. The absence seizures usually begin between the ages of 4 and 8 years in children who have normal intelligence and neurologic function.

The cause is predominantly genetic. About one-third of the families of children with CAE report a family history of similar seizures. The brothers and sisters of children with CAE have about a 10% chance of developing epilepsy.

Tell me more
The EEG shows spike and wave discharges at 1.5 to 4.0 Hz (cycles per second) that are the same on both sides of the brain. CT and MRI scans of the brain are normal, so they may not be recommended.

How is it treated?
Either Zarontin (ethosuximide) or Depakote (valproate) can be used to treat CAE. The advantage of using Depakote is that it treats both absence and tonic-clonic seizures. If the absences are persistent, Depakote and Zarontin should be tried one at a time and then in combination. Lamictal (lamotrigine) has been shown to be effective in treating CAE. Some of the newer antiepileptic drugs show promise in CAE but have not undergone controlled studies. These include Keppra (leviteracetam), Topamax (topiramae), and Zonegram (zonisamide).

What's the outlook?
Childhood absence epilepsy is considered to be one of the relatively benign childhood epilepsies. For 65% of these children, the seizures respond to treatment and disappear by mid-adolescence. Absence seizures persisting into adult life are rare, but it happens occasionally.

But in my case, I sometimes did aware of my state when the "black-out/absence" attack came; it's just that I couldn't control my brain to function thus to stop the activity. In me it was already in the past. But does it relate to my slowness in learning? Although I do have quite a LONG memory. Epilepsy history versus slow learner? Possible?

Sometimes I Wonder Is It More Than A Mere Headache

I really suffered from a worse headache nowadays. It does bother me much! Who can stands it when you're having that fun stuff and 'it' pop in the middle to say hi. Found these facts online:

What is Meniere's disease?
Meniere's (say "men-ears") disease is the name of a problem of the inner ear. No one knows the cause. Meniere's disease has something to do with fluid in canals of the inner ear. Although it can be troublesome, Meniere's is not contagious and it isn't fatal. However, it's a "chronic" problem, which means that it lasts a long time. People with Meniere's disease don't have symptoms all the time. When symptoms occur, it's called an "attack." Attacks may happen often, or only sometimes. Attacks usually last from 20 minutes to 2 hours or longer. Meniere's disease usually occurs in only one ear. It affects both ears in only about 30% of patients.

What are the symptoms during an attack?
The symptoms of Meniere's disease include dizziness, a feeling of fullness in the ear and tinnitus (a roaring sound in the ear). The dizziness is described as a spinning or whirling feeling and may cause problems with balance (feeling unstable while walking). Some people feel nauseated and vomit during an attack (because of the spinning feeling). Some people also notice some hearing loss, especially with sounds that have a low tone.

What is the treatment for Meniere's disease?
Your doctor may recommend that you try to control the attacks by changing your diet. Since the disease is a result of a problem with fluid in canals of the inner ear, you may have to limit your salt intake. Controlling the level of salt in your body will indirectly control the amount of fluid in the inner ear canals. A medicine called a diuretic (water pill) may also help. You should limit the amount of caffeine and alcohol in your diet, and quit smoking if you smoke. Your doctor can prescribe medicines to help with feelings of dizziness and nausea. These medicines may cause you to feel sleepy. In difficult cases of Meniere's disease (when attacks can't be controlled by diet or medicines), surgery may be necessary.

What should I do during an attack?
During an attack, you should try to lie flat on a surface that doesn't move, such as the floor. To cope with the dizziness, keep your eyes aimed at an object that doesn't move. Don't eat or drink much, so you will be less likely to vomit. When the symptoms go away, get up slowly. You may feel very sleepy and want to sleep for several hours after an attack. If you keep vomiting for more than 24 hours and can't keep down any liquids, call your doctor for medicine to help control the vomiting.

How do I cope with Meniere's disease?
Meniere's disease is often frustrating for people who have it. You may have to change the way you live to control the attacks. You must follow your doctor's advice about diet and alcohol, caffeine and smoking. You may also have to limit the stress in your life or learn how to deal with stress better, since stress may cause an attack. Let your family, friends and co-workers know about the disease. Tell them how they can help you if you have an attack.

Match exactly with these symptoms in me. But I thought mine is migraine? Hang on there? Migraine plus Meniere's disease then? Holy cow! Then...I should blame my diet and stress factors cause I don't do any caffeine/alcohol/tobacco. But serving minus the salt is really...errr....stoneage, man....How can cope with the craving for raw unripe mango with salt then? Yum!

My Story

When we were young, me and my cousin used to point that "this" ethnic has the most beautiful maids in Sabah. We've never realised that they actually just shit who pretends they are the courageous and bold ones. Look at their figure? You can even count them barely with your 10-fingers minus the feet's. Why they are scarce? They are declining cause most of their ancestors were assasinated by other tribes including us. It is really funny claiming they are the warriors when nowadays you can only see a handful of them. Where's the rest you may ask? The others were all dead killed by other tribes warriors in the era of my paternal grandfather. And all they can do now is exhibiting the remains and traces of their fallen so-called warriors because their original species is endangered. If not only those outsiders helping them to spread their name, they are long gone. Milk blended with chocolated is not a pure milk. It's totally different. Hahahaha! Whoever claim themselves the mightest is actually the weakest cause the strongest wouldn't say by words, they act! You are really choking me laughing to death that your tribe is the mightiest????? Look, count how many people in your tribe left? 50? Oh..it's divided by mixed cultural? The original pure blood of your tribe is just 10? Quick...get help from UNESCO...your tribe will be endangered in 3-years! Owww...what to do...what to do.....Now you can see who's the mightiest, scariest, boldest, survivest tribe!

Rain and Tears

rain and tears are the same
but in the sun you've got
to play the game
when you cry in winter time
you can pretend
it's nothing but the rain

how many times I've seen
tears running from your blue eyes

rain and tears are the same
but in the sun you've got
to play the game

give me an answer Love
sign me an answer Love

rain and tears in the sun
but in your heart
you feel the rainbow waves

rain and tears both are shown
for my heart there'll never be a sun
rain and tears are the same
but in the sun you've got
to play the game
